My Google pixel 3 XL started receiving calls identified as voicemail 3 days ago. I have received multiple calls everyday since it started. Not sure if this is part of phone programming or not but, under call history I can see the latest call from my voicemail that happened this morning however, I can not see the ones from the days past. I can still see my prior outgoing and ingoing calls whether answered, missed, or declined from individuals and spam calls. Just not the voicemail calls.

That's just someone calling you and spoofing their caller id number to appear as yours

Sorry to hear about those confusing calls that are identified as your voicemail, Coleman9801. I definitely want to make sure that this is cleared up. As deloused correctly pointed out, often spam callers will "spoof" your caller ID into displaying your own number which may result in the call appearing this way. You may want to sign up for our Call Filter service if you haven't already which helps to block such calls. Here's more about Call Filter: http://spr.ly/66061KibY Does this help?
