Call waiting waiting doesn't work. If I'm in a call and one comes in it either continues to beep through the call, or if I attempt to reject it puts the first call on hold and mutes the new call, and I can't switch back to call one. Incredibly frustrating if I have two ppl trying to get ahold of me and I keep hanging up on both of them.

PURPLEANDTURTLES, I sometimes really need to rely on my call waiting, so I can see where this is a concern for you. I'm happy to help and can look into this for you.
