I'm trying to sign up for Disney + and I am receiving an error that's stating my code is invalid or has been redeemed already. I had just opted into the add on so there's no way that it was used already, at least not from my end.
Tjeffer5, we absolutely want you to be enjoying this great service. When on the Disney + app, do you see the Search magnifying glass at the bottom of the screen? If so, please click this and then tap Account. Should you see an error next to Account simply tap and a message will be sent to you. As the Redemption code is not necessary in most cases, should you not see an error message simply go to the Home screen to start your viewing. Please let us know the result. LorenB_VZW

That sounds like it would require us to already have an active subscription. I do not and can't see on any device that magnifying glass you mentioned nor can I get any account setting outside "Pay monthly or yearly" Is there an issue on Disneys server side not being able to communicate with Verizon on what promotions go through or don't this seems faulty at best.
My verizon account has an activated Disney+ promotion already connected to it. Yet I haven't been able to go past and access a Disney+ account through this, instead it stops after I click that saying I have an invalid code due to expiring or being used already. I haven't used it at all and I only just got it.
If any of you support people take 5 minutes to look at a persons account (if you need permission you have mine) you'd see that this is an issue, or at least be upfront that this is an issue and actually give some conceited effort to tell customers that it is being resolved.
This is obviously not working as intended be honest.
Ditto to every single word. Quite honestly, this promotion is the sole reason I went ahead and pulled the trigger on unlimited data. Verzion/Disney+ needs to make this right!
Please delete the Disney+ application and sign up for Disney+ on us through our website: https://www.verizonwireless.com/solutions-and-services/disneyplus/ before re downloading Disney+.
I signed up on launch and helped others sign up for this recently, neither one of us had an issue. Was watching my first show within minutes hassle free.
The problem seems to be from people doing something wrong or out of order. You don't make a Disney+ account first nor do you do anything with the trial. You go to the add-ons section from your My Verizon account, select Disney+ and get redirected to the page to create a Disney+ account. Once you do the sign up in that order, it says you have a Verizon subscription. From there you download the app and enjoy.
Making it right makes it seem like there is an error on Verizon or Disney's end. From personal experience and from the experience of helping others, it sounds more like user error.
My friend I have followed your exact steps many times and still can not access Disney+. The error here is assuming that it is user error. Just got off the with Verizon and they indicated that many people are having this issue and they are currently working on a solution
