So I recently discovered, after the latest Android update, my Pixel 3 xl can no long cast to my Samsung SmartTV (manufactured in 2017). I just searches for available devices and doesn't see any of the TVs in my house anymore. Anyone having this issue, and if so, any resolutions?
I'm sorry to learn that your device is not able to see and cast to any of your TVs at home, dhbash. I understand that this issue started after the latest software update and we are committed to exploring options to resolve this issue for you.
Please share a screenshot (https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-219865/) of your phone showing the Android version and the Build number as per this link (https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-219960/).
Is your device able to see and cast to any other devices, not in your house?
Are you able to see all the steps listed at this link (https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-219819/) when you try to cast from your phone?

I have attached the screenshot as requested.

Please disregard my previous reply. I was unable to edit it.

Thank you for those details. Do you have any physical/water damage to your device? Have you tried to connect to other TVs? MichelleH_VZW
There is no damage to the phone, and the phone can connect to bluetooth devices, but appears to be unable to cast to any devices. It just stays on "searching for devices" with the spinner constantly spinning.
Months later and still can't cast from most apps (YouTube and Facebook can though, oddly). Disney+, Netflix, Vudu, etc. can't. Again, it was fine until the Android 10 update last fall.
