My home and back buttons have stopped working on my pixel 3. I've restarted, force rebooted, and factory reset my phone with no changes. Any ideas on how to fix?
We know how important it is to have a working phone. Can you please restart your phone in Safe Mode? Please see this link for the steps to set up Safe Mode: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-220010/ . Please let us know if that works.
