Roku TV

How do I connect to a Roku TV with Verizon Wireless.  I do not have a router at home and only use V Wireless for my notebook and phone.

You connect like you do any other internet capable device. Turn on mobile hotspot, connect tv to phone.

If you plan on doing this frequently, it may not be ideal since streaming burns data fast.

Sr. Member Tigerstep is right, drdonclark. Mobile hot spot is going to be the way to go. Do you have an unlimited plan? What's the make and model of your phone?
