Jumps between 5G and LTE.

Service you can rely on is always our goal. We want to keep you connected without issue. There's nothing inherently wrong with either 5G or LTE though. Phones will in some areas switch between them and that is normal behavior. It is also fairly normal that when traveling on a train your phone might at times need to switch towers which could lead to a brief interruption. What happens when you try to connect there? How long are you without service?
