I have been using Verizon for wireless for DECADES. Verizon has always had the best coverage area and most solid coverage with out drops. I've always used Android devices, Motorola to Galaxy to pixel.
I upgraded my device to a pixel 3 a little less than a year ago when my Galaxy was said off. My husband and I both went pixel my son went I phone X.
Initially all was well but it seems that for many months now, since maybe April, our service has gotten terrible. I barely get bars when in my house, calls drop, Android auto will tell me the internet is not available along the routes I've driven forever. I'll answer a call and the caller can't hear me, they hear the phone still ringing and they think I never picked up.
So much of this is so prevalent that I'm beginning to think I am no longer getting the superior coverage I thought I was getting by staying with Verizon and maybe it's time to start price shopping.
Is there something going on with the infrastructure? Is Verizon building in obsalescence so folks get so frustrated the jump on 5G when it's widely available no matter what the cost?
I always thought I got what I paid for with Verizon but I'm really disappointed as if late.
That wouldn't be it considering the newest iPhones aren't 5G compatible yet and only 3G is being retired end of 2020. Could be tower congestion.

We always want you to have a great network experience. I am disappointed that to hear of your service issues. Lets get this figured out. When did this issue start/ What are the cross streets and city of where this problem is happening? Is this issue happening indoors or outdoors? - AlbertoR_VZW
