Verizon splash screen regarding virus protection. It said I had to agree to $5 per month to continue mcaffee coverage or disable the app. I talked to customer support. They said it had not be covered and I needed to pay $2 extra. I agreed and then chatted with technical support who said it was free and included. Does anyone know what is happening?
