Voicemail unavailable and broken support website

I am feeling very frustrated. My voicemail suddenly stopped working. When I dial *86 I get a message that the called party is temporarily unavailable. This has been happening for the last 3 days. 

Trying to get support, I went to the website, and with two different browsers, found that the chat support function doesn't work. So then I went to schedule a call back and that form doesn't work either. Finally, I tried calling support and after a number of unhelpful steps, they asked for a four digit security code which unfortunately I can't remember.

So now I'm stuck writing this here and feeling incredibly annoyed and frustrated. 

Any help is very much appreciated.
