data being used quickly how do i find out why and stop it pixel phone

used to run out of data in 30 days now it is used in 10 days 2gb

Take a look at the data usage counter on the phone and see which applications are using the most data. Restrict background data. Figure out if it is using data when you are connected to wifi.
