not receiving text

I am unable to send a reply text to one contact on my phone.  I am able to receive the text however unable to respond.  Anyone else having this issue.

We know how important it is to stay connected. Are you able to call this specific contact? Have you been able to contact them to see if a block was accidently added to their line?
