Can't say. But I know they are trying to get the updates out as quickly as possible this year, and are working on a very compressed schedule as compaired to last year. Last year there where a few items that caused delays. The union strike was one of the big ones.

I mesasge is now up on StB in VHO 5.  1.9.1 will be coming 6/26.
