Both indoor and outdoor cameras are offline, results in home monitoring not functioning

Need help to resolve the issue with cameras offline, I've disconnected the Ethernet cable and power, waited 1 minute and rebooted, reset the router..Same result camera is offline!

Do you have any other devices other then the cameras?

If so and they are working, then it's most likely the cameras and you may need to start from scratch by resetting them and configure them again to your gateway.

If those other devices are also not working then it sounds like your gateway is bad.
