I have two light switches controlling the lights in the kitchen. I installed the
45614 Dimmer switch, but the instructions state you need to replace the other switch with a
45610 Auxiliary switch. And Verizon does not offer that. If someone in my house flips the standard switch the only thing that happens is the dimmer switch stops working and I have to wait 1 minute for it to reset. How can they not offer the auxiliary switch? I now have to spend $35 more at Lowes to get this working correctly.
Had the same issue but without the dimmer. I had to go online and buy the auxiliary unit. After that it works fine but I agree with you. There is nothing different Verizon needs to do to support the three way except offer the unit.
