What is the direct phone number for Verizon Home Monitoring & Control?

When I call tech support it takes several transfers to get to a HM&C tech.

Well, it looks like that phone number is no longer good. It now goes to Plum Choise Tech Support and they say they don't support Verizon HM&C.
