Is there anyway to download the videos created by the VHM&C cameras? One reason would be for law enforcement to be able to access the video in case of a break-in.
This is exactly what I was wondering. We are having neighbor issues. He lives across the hall and we need the videos for the apartment manager and possible litigation. I hope that Verizon allows this.
Unfortunetly, the answer is no. The videos are stored at Verizon and they will not release any video without a court order.
You will just have to play the video on one device and record it with another. Or, I'm sure there are apps which will record the video as it is playing.
P.S. Isn't nice how my original post was here for almost a year and Verizon never answered it. BIG THUMBS UP Verizon.
hi, old post, but still relevant....you could install the free version of realplayer, with the optional "downloading recorder" enabled....mine works great, like this: while watching the vid i want to save , i right click (in the video) and choose the "download with realplayer" option..........so far, no problems saving to hard drive.
