Help with deleting recordings

I have been trying to delete records from my home monitoring for a week and keep getting an error message that the server is busy.  This has become very frustrating. As well, about half the time I try to view what the cameras see in my home, I get an error message that video streaming isn't available. Anyone know what's up? I am getting ready to rip Verizon out and put in Comcast. My two year contract ended, and I am not going to renew anything until I feel comfortable VZ is dependable. Any guidance is much appreciated.
