Hello, 

I really want to get this solution, but I cannot seem to find an answer to my question on the thermostat. Will I be required to supply this thermostat with 12v power, or does it run on battery?? Obviously batter is not the best solution here, but till I can run a new line that would be ideal. I only have a 2 wire thermostat line as my boiler is a bit old.

It needs a Common wire with power.
