How do I enable multi-hub only have 3 DVR's

Now that I have IMG 1.9 which supports multi-hub. How do I enable it; I only have 3 DVRs, no other STBs. Trying to enable "Home Media DVR" give me a message that I need an other STB;  but with multi-hub I should not need any other STB. So how do I enable it?????

Others with that problem, have had to work directly with Customer Support to get it enabled.
