IMG 1.9 on Long island...Will this happen in my lifetime?

I've been hearing and reading about IMG 1.9, let's just say for quite some time, and was wondering...WILL LONG ISLAND EVER GET IT?????  I'm not sure, but I think the Hoover Dam was built in less time.

Are you kidding me ? Is there is anybody in the World who still believe what this guy is saying???!!!  So many times JOE A. broke his promises to us that I DO NOT TRUST A SINGLE WORD he is telling. He dos not have anymore credibility whatsoever, and I would be shoked if here in Mass we will get 1.9 before Thanksgiving!!!
