Joe, Great job on the IMG 1.9. I am a Sneek Peek Tester, thank you for the opportunity to test and make the product so much better. One of its best features besides the new HD Widescreen Guide is the MULTI-HUB and the 1 TB eSATA drive. With all that space on the drives, paired with the new 7232 STB 500 GB drive, we need to add creatable folders. With folders, we then have the ability to move recordings into those separate folders, i.e Movies, TV Series, Kid Shows, etc. I know this has already been posted in the Idea Exchange and was a Sneak Peek request, so please keep this in mind for future builds. Again, Good job on the IMG 1.9 and all the improvements. Thanks for listening. It would be good to have you on "Meet the Experts" more often!
John

Totally agree as the DVR user interface is potentially presenting 3-5 TB's of recordings we need additional tools to sort and manage them... top of mind... absolutely.

Is there documentation available about what type of specific devices are supported for expansion, how to make it work and for which DVR boxes? As a tech novice, I'd like to be able to add capacity to my 7216, but don't know what to buy or how to do it really. Thanks.

there are release notes at www.verizon.com/athomeblog - indicates the current supported drives from WB (500GB and 1TB models). The IMG will walk you through getting the drive plugged in after you purchase it. There is an activation process that you can find right in the IMG menu.
