Initial set up problems with the website

I received my equipment and attempted to log in at  I login and am redirected to with an error message that says 

Sorry, the page you requested was not found.The page may be temporarily unavailable or may no longer exist.


Any suggestions?

First, verify that you are logged in here or on the Verizon home page (should say "Welcome" and your name in the upper right of the screen next to "Sign Out" in the far right top corner). Once confirmed, go to this link:

that should do it. If you still have a problem, try from another computer. Do Not use a smartphone or tablet to setup your system.
