I received my equipment and attempted to log in at monitoringcontrol.verizon.com. I login and am redirected to https://essentialsandextras.verizon.com/app-cust-selfservices/myvz/welcome.do with an error message that says

Any suggestions?
First, verify that you are logged in here or on the Verizon home page (should say "Welcome" and your name in the upper right of the screen next to "Sign Out" in the far right top corner). Once confirmed, go to this link: https://www22.verizon.com/homecontrol/Members/MonitorHomePage.aspx#overview
that should do it. If you still have a problem, try from another computer. Do Not use a smartphone or tablet to setup your system.
