We have an XBox360 wired to the router via Ethernet. We cannot access a Windows Media Center Computer on the Wireless network. Do I need port forwarding between the two networks? If anyone has had similar problems, I would like to hear about them.

You should be on the same network, just different mediums to access. You can verify this by going on a wired and wireless PC and type.
Start
Run
cmd
ipconfig
You should see your IP address listed as 192.168.1.x with the x beginning at 2 and going up.
With that being said, if you do that on both PC's and and even the Xbox that will verify you are on the same network. Port rules are not required to speak between the wired and wireless networks. They are just different methods of transport.
On the Windows Media Center PC, do you have firewall software installed on it? SOmething on the PC is probably blocking the traffic. Firewall software can be part of windows or part of a virus scan package.
