Is there a user guide for 1.9a somewhere?

Played with it this morning, but wasn't sure how to access some features like chapters.

Do they have a user guide anywhere on the site?

There isn't even a guide to the old one.

There are help video's, but not well organized.  They talk about some new features but don't even mention others.

There is a link in another thread which goes to an online review of 1.9 from Engadget.com - I printed that out as a generic reference.
