How does it work?
The session will be open to receive messages (and questions) from Verizon Community members on June 2, 2011 at 11:00 AM Eastern for 60 minutes and again at 8:00 PM Eastern for 60 minutes.
1. Come to this "Meet the Expert" board and post your question. Please be sure to start a "new message" for new topics. If your topic is already being discussed please "reply". Note that you will need to be registered for the Verizon Community in order to post a question or reply. (It only takes a minute to register, and it is free.)
2. Pat Smith will be on this board during the allotted time periods to respond to your self-service questions.
3. Be sure to "subscribe" (under Board Options) to receive email notifications if you have to "step away" from the session. You can also subscribe to other specific threads or topics you are interested in.

please allow more time for recorded shows on DVR's please they always get cut off the 10mins of the shows!!!

Hi MelleMel - Sorry to hear that you are interested in disconnecting your home phone. In most cases you can have access to Verizon High Speed Data services through either our HSI or FiOS data services. It will depend on the area you live in.
You should also be aware that if you disconnect your phone that you might lose double bundle promotions that you might be recieving.
I would suggest that you call 1-800-Verizon and one of our friendly reps will be able to help you select the package that best meets your needs.
