Still frame works, but streaming errors after Java loads. Tried several browsers, no luck. Anyone else experiencing this?
I just tested mine and got the same error. I know I've done 2 or three Java updates since the last time I tried to view the streaming video using a browsers (I mainly use my iPhone). Best to call Verizon Tech Support to report the issue. The more calls they get, the faster (you would think) they will address the issue.
And streaming is working on my IOS devices.
Here is the error detail:

Yes, it's still working on my iPhone which is my primary viewing device. I am sure it's a Java error, as I too installed the latest some time within the past 2 weeks
I just tried on another on another computer which has not had its Java updated and the streaming is working. That computer is running Version 7 Update 45 of Java.
The computer where the streaming is not working is Version 7 Update 51 of Java.
I talked to Verizon and they are aware of the problem. But everyone should call to make it know that the issue is important to all.
Is this getting fixed anytime soon? It's been almost 3 weeks since this issue was reported. And Yes, I called it in too.
I'm including an external link to force a Verizon employee to view this post.

Just now updated to the latest version of Java and the streaming still does not work. Here is the error message from Java:

OK, so I was told by the Verizon Tech that Java must be first UNINSTALLED and then REINSTALLED for the new version of Java to work correctly with streaming the video.

Want to try again Verizon?
Well, I talked to Tim at VHM&C support just now and was told that another new version of Java is due out tomorrow (4/15/14) that will fix this issue. I'm not going to hold my breath! This seems to be Verizons stock answer on all issues. I'm really getting the impression that Verizon just wants HM&C to go away and are just giving no support so customers will cut their losses and turn off their systems. Fine, I'll go away Verizon, just give us the codes for the cameras! I'll be happy to move to another system but I'm not just going to trash $1000 worth of hardware. GIVE US THE CODES!
Java release 55....Cameras still won't stream on HMC portal!
