Twitter Joe said that Verizon is 'going west' after the holiday, which would be CA and TX (IIRC) since they're in the same VHO and Verizon started the slow rollout of 1.9a to this group before the strike.
Again, this is what I've pieced together via TJ tweets and BroadbandReports.com threads. Take this with a grain of salt.
