No thumbnails on DVR info bar

Just got the 1.9 update and its taking some time to adjust but I do like the idea of the thumbnail DVD like DVR bar. BUT right now its says no thumbnnail available. 

Anyone else having the problem or is it just me?

Don't know if this is a regional problem (Eastern Massachusetts) but I am not getting the thumbnail pics after upgrade all the time.  Sometimes they are there and sometimes not...... mostly not.
