If anyone is listening it drives me insane when I select the channel guide but then have to wait 20 seconds for some advertisement I didn't ask for to come up on screen. I never read them and I have to exit out. Do I then arrive at the channel guide I originally asked for? NO! I have to select it again. I'm looking for alternatives as I write this. I pay for a service not to have junk pushed at me.
