After our HD STB received the IMG 1.9 rollout, the first person to turn it on selected the SD option, even though the STB is attached to an HD TV. Is there a way to reset the installation so it can be reaccomplished in the HD version? We've already tried resetting the box (unplug and repower). Thanks.
Solved! Go to Correct Answer
You need a 7 Series box....
Try this...
To make the guide correct for your TV... Hit Menu on the remote and then go to >> Settings >> Video Settings >> Graphics Settings >> SD or HD
There are plenty of settings in Settings to adjust the screen and guide but you need a 7 series box to take advantage of them.
If you don't have a 7 Series box or boxes, I'd get them.
