SMS messages from the home monitoring was working fine then stopped last night about 8 PM. Received e-mails only. The notifications still showed up on-line when I checked. But with no messages received it was useless for determining if an entry was made to the house. Called tech support today. Very nicely told there was a limit to the number of SMS messages sent in a 24 hour period and that was probably the problem. But, they had no way to determine how many messages were sent and if this was in fact the issue.
If there is a limit I would like to know what it is so I can determine if this system is suitable as a true home monitoring system. If I don't get SMS alerts, there is no monitoring.
Simply an addendum to my original message. It has now been longer than 24 hours. Notifications still show in the on-line control but no sms message are being received. Guess the technical assistance was absolutely incorrect.
