I have been struggling to get the door lock reconnected. The device ran out of battery power and would not reconnect to the gateway. I removed the device successfully but everytime i try to sync it gives me the error

It blinks red and beeps at me. I reset the entire system and every device pairs and connects properly but the door lock. This is very frustrating.
My fios already has numerous issues and I am about 2 steps from cancelling the entire service. I get charged for multi room DVR when I dont even have a DVR box, I pay for home monitoring and its not working. I call for support and the technician does not show.
Very frustrated FIOS customer. The internet is the only piece that works great!
If anyone has been able to figure out why the door locks won't pair up I would love to hear it. I Just spent the last 3 hours trying to reset the entire house and every device in it to make it work.

I don't have the Deadbolt Lock (yet) but I assume the setup to the Gateway is the same as other devices.
