Separate multiple DVRs to separate network segments

I have two DVRs in my home. I would like to set up my network in such a way that the DVRs cannot access each other's recordings nor can they record anything to the other. Is this possible and if so, how can it be done?

This is not an option. I still need the other set top boxes to be able to access one DVR, but want to keep a second DVR private.

Any way to get this second DVR on a separate subnet?
