This Home Monitoring product is really trash, it almost works enough to tick a person off by wasting a LOT of time.  The HELP information is terrible since its devoid of any real information, its limited to 'please check the power cord' which is rediculous. To make matters even worse, try using the LIVE CHAT, what a joke ! Live Chat says to call someone else at 866 whatever random number the generator puts out.

The only credit I will give to this 'thing' is the iPhone App seems well written although very basic and the choice of hardware and supposed or proposed or vaporware seems good.

If you have a lot of time to waste then this is the toy for you.     Think I'll invest in AT&T stock, this sucks !
