Fios made "upgrades" a few months ago to the menu formats, etc. Ever since that time, I have had all kinds of issues with the TV freezing, etc. When will they fix these issues before I switch back to my old service provider? I knew the customer service was the worst ever but I thought that they had a superior product????????
