When will my home monitoring work all the time on two days of two day

I would like for my system to stay working.. When I leave my house it is down that's when I need it the most Ready to ship it back its of no use to me. Down again for two days when I leave I can't view anything the gate way is down.... I'm sick sick and broke.

Does your activity log show the Gateway going offline and online?  I'm guessing another software update gone bad.
