Why dose the picture go away when you press the info button ? And why do yo have to hit the info button twice to get full info? When you press guide twice picture stays and partial info stays but when you press info again picture gors away and full info comes up. I know this is a easy fix as other cable providers have much better guides. As for FIOS I like a lot except for the guide.
