outdoor camera works, indoor camera wont be recognised, any thoughts?

Is the camera wired or wireless?

can you see the camera showing up in the router, if so, can you ping it?

I'm sure you've tried already but I would poewr cycle the gateway and camera.

i recycled the power a bunch of times no success chcking the router now.

it has an ip address and it has a webpage dont the user name and pw and oddly enough doesnt show  video...

Call the support line first.  The tech will walk you through some things and then failing that he can order another one for you.
