I just used Windows Media Player and the Watch a DVD setup on my TV syst.

Was able to see on my TV screen a copy of a TCNJ soccer game where my grandson fed the ball from a direct free kick to his buddy and it resulted in the winning goal.

If you have never used Windows Media player and have access to it ...enjoy the learning curve.

Good luck have fun and Happy Holidays !!

Is this what you are looking for. Streaming content from your PC to your DVR or HD STB?

Or are you looking to connect your PC directly to your TV and view content from there?

yep, thats what I was looking for.

Do you know if they are going to expand beyond those four streming websites.

To include Hulu.com perhaps?

You may wish to read my post here, and follow the links regarding streaming video, and information that was provided via the CES 2013 that I attended. There are Smart TVs, Blu Ray players, along with Xbox360, and Ipads that can stream up to 75 of the currently available FiOS subscription channels, depending on what permium content you may be subscribed to.

The Verizon Media Server, that is the new six tuner platform of the future, may alow much more streaming content directly from the VMS. Now PC required. You tube streams straight to the VMS, without the media manager software on a PC. It should be available soon. I for one am waiting on it.

Devices and links provided in a post.

PC viewing online. Now I am not sure what content will work if you connect your PC to your TV. But I am in the process of doing that write now, and stopped to follow up on this post. I have a DVI to HDMI cable with a HDCP compatible video board. I am going to look what I can make it do. It has been a while since I had it hooked to the TV, and now there has been some increase online availability. I am Beta Testing Redbox Instant by Verizon, and the PC at the TV will help, as I do not have a smart device yet. TV or Blu Ray player. I plan on getting one soon, but hope I can just get The VMS. I have not watched very many BD movies, but perhaps will in the future. Or am app will be available for RB Online, by Verizon. The complete list of Redbox streaming devices is not available yet.
