I have enabled it for my VMS1100 but it does not work. Nothing happens, even when Alexa says to change a channel, etc. Is this the results that most are seeing? Will Verizon take ownership of this and get it working?
I'm not sure if Verizon will take ownership of it or not honestly.
Have you tried completely removing the skill and re-enabling it?
