1000Mhz splitter vs new 1675Mhz splitter

Recently upgraded to Gigabit internet and Fios One from previous install performed in 2012.  The new router came with a splitter rated at 1675Mhz.  All the splitters from the original 2012 install (performed by Fios Tech) are 1000Mhz.  Speed test shows max U/D speeds of 150mbps.  Should any/all splitters be changed?  would this have any measurable effect of internet speed.  Thank you

Unlikely there is any issue with the splitters.  In a Gigabit FiOS ONE install, coax is used for communication from the router to the set-top-boxes and any extenders you may have.  Anything connected to Ethernet or WiFi on the router (not extenders) doesn't go through coax.

Test your speed from a device connected with Ethernet to the router.   Use the Verizon speed test to confirm speed to the router and the device.  If the router speed isn't close to gigabit, contact Verizon.  If the device speed isn't good, it could be a number of things.  Post back here with details and you'll get some suggestions.

Have been online with fios support.  Telling me that only way to achieve gigabit is via an ethernet connection to router (g3100) not coax.  Have not been able to find any documentation to support that.  Can you confirm?

Verizon support is correct.  The WAN connection from the ONT to the router must be Ethernet for speeds above 100Mbps.

If you can't run an Ethernet line between the ONT and the router, there are some non-Verizon supported approaches that might work.  Post details about your setup and you might get some good suggestions.

If you can run Ethernet, please consider it, as it really is the best approach.
