After a no show last Saturday (3/10). I was rescheduled for Monday 3/19. That would make 12 days without ANY service. All of my neighbors have phone, tv and internet, yet there doesn’t seem to be a technician available anywhere.
I know now the storm was bad and that lots of lines came down, but I just can’t understand how calling on Thursday night got me an appt. for Saturday morning and the reschedule wax made 9 days
