This is my second time with FiOS and like last time I am receiving much slower internet than my agreement. I consistently test at around 50/100 which is nowhere near the 200/200 of my plan. Last time I had the 150/150 service in 2018 they sent a technician to troubleshoot after multiple calls and that got me nowhere. Wire directly to wall still slow on Verizon server speed test. This time I'm on 200/200 and the speeds are same as two years ago. Is the service really this bad? Am I getting lied to? I don't know what to do other than switch to another provider. Contacting customer support in 2018 wasted hours and got nowhere. FiOS seems to be just trash service no matter what...

I connected my router directly to the ONT and got the advertised speeds. The problem must be in the wiring of my apartment or the connection from ONT to wall outlet.
