I recently lost connections to all smart plugs, lights, printer, and amazon devices.
I had to reset to the factory setting on the amazon devices to get them to see my SSID.
It looks like the router can only be seen by devices that can work with 5g band. I checked the router and it is set to both 2.4 and 5g. My guess the router had an update that has caused this issue. The support lines are busy and 800 Verizon is busy signal...
Anyone else having this issue. And yes I have rebooted the router.
Did you turn off the SON and WPA3? G3100 indeed received a firmware update recently.
