Your automated phone service wouldn't register my iphone's touchtone buttons.  I couldn't put information in, which probably extended my wait time even more. 

Also,

Every minute I've wasted trying to actually get something done, is one more reason to not renew my service with you. 

This is the second time in three days I've tried to get into contact with one of your representatives.
