5 day tech wait times and they want to charge

I was just told my client her internet has been out and they can’t come for 5 business days. There are only doing 3 jobs per day she said the tech said.   She also said they would charge her to.  What is going on you can’t do this to business or homes.   Also 2 hour phone hold times.  What Happened to the old version
