Make available a live person in tech repair. My internet is only 359KBPS and I am paying for 768. I can not find anyone to talk to and India is helpful but cannot help me with getting this solved. Sure cable is an option for internet and phone but Verizon is my choice for now.

Oh yes we have talked to India four or more times and they run me through a bunch of tests. We also have In-home agent which was also helpful. We are paying for 768 KBPS and only getting 358-400 KBPS. Verified today by a Verizon check from Verizon. Finally reached a live person and they claim someone will call me from Tech Services and send someone out. That has not happened but may tomorrow. This service has been slow from day one and then there is constant disconnect when the neighborhood use is heavy. Yes it is more than you wanted to know but we are getting desperate here! Chat is offline and NO supervisors are available to assist us customers today (Saturday). The best I could get was for someone to call me back Mon or Tues. The person on the phone was rude and unprofessional and tried to dissuade me from talking to a manager- "they will only tell you the same thing". Is this customer service? VERIZON DO YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS?
