I need to find out how can get a new router. My Actiontec GT784WN quit working. It just keeps turning off and on. The power light flashes, the router turns off, then back on then repeats the on/off cycle. I haven't been able to use
my internet through Verizon for several weeks. Thanks.

Have you tried contacting Verizon? They will be more than happy to help you get a new modem. Click here: Contact Us.
I've no idea if they will charge you for a new modem or not. You might want to check prices at online stores and auctions to help you determine what a fair price for this device should be.
Most of the time if you tell Verizon that you think the modem is dead and service is down, they'll just throw one in the mail for you. They'll give them out for free since it's easier to do that, than to charge for a modem and then issue service outage credits, and sometimes ask for the old one back.
For now, if OP has a spare ADSL modem sitting around they can connect that to the line.
