Actiontec. How to check/open UDP ports ? 5060, 20000-60000

Is there anyway to check if these UDP ports are open ? or blocked by Verizon ?

Does anyone know how to enable these ?

I'm a newbie, so detailed instructions will be good 🙂

I would highly recommend http://www.simpleportforwarding.com/

The pro version adds extra features but you can forward without the pro verison. 😉

and then to check the ports (if that program does not offer the abiilty to check the ports) use the program from http://www.pcwintech.com/simple-port-tester
